What does this scope involve?
Offices, shops and other commercial units add constraints that homes do not: a lease and fit-out guidelines, building management approvals, limited access hours, and a business that wants to open on time. Work is planned around those limits, with noisy or dusty tasks scheduled for allowed hours and finishes protected from later trades. Partitions, ceilings, AC, lighting and finishes are coordinated so one trade does not undo another.
Commercial interiors need clear sequencing so technical works, partitions, finishes and access requirements do not conflict. The service mix is set by the unit, its operating constraints and the finish required.
