What does this scope involve?
Engraving and ornamentation adds character to an interior through carved or profiled details: decorative panels, mouldings, cornices, grilles, feature-wall motifs and similar elements. The work starts from a pattern or reference, the chosen material, and the size and fixing method, then moves to cutting or forming, fixing and finishing. The detail has to be proportioned to the room, and joints with ceilings, walls and floors need to be clean.
Engraved and ornamental details give an interior its character. Design, material, scale and fixing method are agreed first, then the elements are cut or formed, fixed and finished with clean junctions to the surrounding walls and ceilings.
