What does this scope involve?
A paint finish is only as good as the surface under it. Painting work starts with inspecting the walls and ceilings, filling cracks and dents, sanding, and applying primer or sealer where needed, then building up coats with clean cut lines at edges. Floors, joinery and fittings are masked and protected first. Interior and exterior areas need different products, because exterior paint has to cope with sun, dust and humidity.
Painting is the last visible layer of a project, so the work starts with the surface: inspecting, filling, sanding and priming before the coats go on. Floors, joinery and fittings are protected, and edges and corners are cut cleanly.
